Bio:
Ariel Ilana Coleman is a Florida grown actress, playwright, and director. Ariel is honored to have had her work screened in film festivals across the country. Select Theatrical Credits: ArtsEmerson’s The Revolutionists (Marianne Angelle); Emerson Stage’s The Impracticality of the Modern Day Mastodon (Tracy Weathers) and Julius Caesar (U/S Casca & Brutus); Film & TV: Kiara Pomeroy’s “Syena & the Orkestra” (Syena), Kenneki Jones’ “Knock Knock” (Peanut), Seneca Schwartz’ “Acockalypse” (Poppy), and Angelina DeMonte’s “Junk” (Aloe), and Lia Meijer’s “GRIT” (Simone) earning nominations for Outstanding Lead Performance in Film and selection for the Dr. Marcia Robbins-Wilf Women in Film Production Award. Ariel is a firm believer in the power of a good pun, sharing food, and a secret handshake.
