Dakota Frye was born in Westchester, New York, and has grown up and been surrounded by music and theater her whole life. She found her deep love and passion for the preforming arts at a young age, with close family members working behind the scenes. She started with percussion and singing, then eventually started acting in High School. Then at Emerson was able to discover a new found love for tap dancing. Whether on stage or screen Dakota wants to express all forms of art and creativity, and is deeply grateful for her family, and the forever supportive faculty at Emerson College.
