Molly Howard is an actor, singer, director, comedian, and artist originally from Silver Spring, MD. While at Emerson, she has performed in and worked on many projects for the stage and the screen, as well as honing her second skillset as a Hair and Makeup Designer. Some of her notable Emerson Stage acting credits include Imogen Says Nothing (Imogen), Bonnets (Daniel Stone), The Loyals (Peggy Chew), Paris (Maxine), and Are You Someone to Somebody? (Ensemble). She has also been involved in several student productions, performing as Inez Serrano in No Exit (where she was also the Hair and Makeup Designer), as well as doing Hair and Makeup Design for productions of Hot Dam!, In the Waiting Room, Hair, and Beyond Therapy. She is a multifaceted artist with a special interest and training in devised physical theatre, stage combat and fight direction, and Shakespeare. When not onstage at Emerson she could be found working both behind and in front of the camera on one of the many film sets, in the darkroom working on her photography skills, or standing in line to get a carne asada burrito from El Jefe’s.
